Welcome to the FormMail Upgrade Wizard!

This Wizard will help you upgrade your current FormMail script to the latest version.

If you currently use Matt's Script Archive (MSA) FormMail (which is in Perl not PHP) you can now upload this and the Wizard will convert it into our PHP FormMail.

You begin by uploading your current formmail.php or FormMail.pl (for Matt's FormMail). The Wizard then copies your existing configuration settings to the latest version of FormMail.

On completion, the Wizard provides you with a ZIP package containing:

• The FormMail you uploaded, unchanged, but renamed with -old.
• The new version of FormMail with your configuration settings copied over. This file is called formmail.php.
• A README.txt file containing information about the upgrade.

When upgrading any software on your server, ensure that you test the new version thoroughly. We've taken all care in creating this Wizard, but it is your responsibility to ensure that the upgraded version will work correctly on your website.

When converting from Matt's Perl FormMail, please note that only your recipients value is transferred across. The Wizard understands the recipients value in all common formats.
